Refund policy

We hope you will love everything you will order from us, but if something isn't quite right you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We ask that the items are returned in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To begin the return process, you can contact us at info@joannaeconomoudesigns.com including the reason of your return. Shortly, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package with the returned item to begin the refund process.

Please note that the customer is solely responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Exchanges

You can contact us at info@joannaeconomoudesigns.com regarding an exchange you wish to make and the item you wish to exchange with. Please note that you have 15 days upon receiving your order to request an exchange.


Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order please inspect it for any imperfections and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Also, please be aware of the washing instructions on the label attached to each individual item, as we do not bring any responsibility of improper care of an item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
